Good questions
Just a question, no appointment yet – how do I reach you?
Just send us a message through the form or on WhatsApp – we usually reply within one business day. If you do need an appointment, you can book it online.
How fast can I get an appointment?
Usually within a few days, and often the same day if you’re sick – we keep time open for that every day. Pick a time that works for you in the online booking – every open time shows up there.
Do you see patients with German public (statutory) insurance?
Yes, anytime – as a self-pay patient. Before any treatment you get the costs in writing, based on the German doctors’ fee schedule (GOÄ).
Can I book a video visit?
Yes – click “Book an appointment” and choose a video visit in the booking window. We’ll email you the link.
What do I do in an emergency?
If it’s an emergency, call 112 (Germany’s 911) right away. Outside our hours, the after-hours medical line is 116 117.
